Exhibit Tables: Fee: $75.00 per table area. We supply the tables and a navy colored tablecloth. Your fee also covers the costs of your lunch and light refreshments during the day. If you have more than one exhibitor you must submit an additional $10.00 per person. Exhibitors are required to set up their own materials and be prepared to “man their tables.” Let me know if you need electrical outlets. If you need to ship materials, let me know so I can send the appropriate directions. shepard@k12tn.net
Vendor Take-One Table
TAKE-ONE TABLES: Fee: $25.00. If you would like to have your material(s) displayed, we also have a Take-One Table. On the Take-One table we will display your materials and make them available to the conference participants. You may send up to 4 different pieces of literature for $25.00. We will be responsible for displaying your literature. You are welcome to send enough of each type of literature for everyone at the conference; however, unused items will not be returned. All literature must be received no later than April 5, 2011. After you register I will e-mail you the address to send the materials. Again, do not send materials to me. I will send you delivery details later.

The Tennessee Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (TN IDA) was formed to increase awareness about Dyslexia in the state of Tennessee. TN IDA supports efforts to provide information regarding appropriate language arts instruction to those involved with language-based learning differences and to encourage the identity of these individuals at-risk for such disorders as soon as possible.
